We discuss your ideas, priorities, and the work you would like completed.

We are fully insured, carrying general liability, works’ compensation, and commercial auto insurance.
Our Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request.

Yes. Your contract outlines the agreed work, project terms, and payment schedule.

A 50% deposit is typically required to secure your project’s place on our schedule and reserve your start date. Deposit requirements may vary depending on the scope and needs of your project, with all payment terms clearly outlined in your contract.

We agree on a payment schedule based on your project and document it in your contract.

We walk through the finished work with you, answer your questions, and identify any final details that need attention.

We protect floors and nearby surfaces, use dust barriers where needed, and keep work areas organized. At the end of each workday, we tidy the space and secure tools and materials. Once the project is complete, we remove construction debris and clean the work area for your final walkthrough.

How will I receive updates?
We share a spreadsheet outlining each phase of your project and provide daily updates by email, text, or phone. Schedules may change, sometimes on short notice, due to unforeseen circumstances. When changes arise, we communicate them as soon as possible and explain how they affect your project. -
Changes and hidden conditions can arise during a remodel. When they do, we explain the proposed work and any effect on your project’s cost and schedule. Changes may increase or decrease the total price. We document the details in a written change order and proceed with the affected work only after receiving your approval.

Yes, in most cases you can remain at home. Active work areas contain construction hazards, so access may be restricted during certain phases. We explain these precautions and coordinate any temporary interruptions to utilities or room access with you in advance.

What warranty does Simplicity provide?
We offer a one-year warranty on our workmanship and the installation materials we supply. Products or materials purchased by the customer are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Our workmanship warranty still applies to our installation of those products.
